Cruise, snorkel, scuba dive, boom-net, swim with the fish while they are being fed, or simply relax and enjoy the scenery.  On Illusions, the choice is yours.

Illusions is fully licensed for your convenience, with beer, wine and spirits available at very reasonable prices, and is available for private functions and corporate charters. 

Lunch is a variety of salads and chicken packed individually for hygene!

Illusions has lots of shelter from the elements. Loads of space to lie down and sunbath. Plenty of seating for all. The vessel is easy to move around, making it ideal for all ages. We take infants through to pensioners.

Blue Pearl Bay, the best diving and snorkelling in the Whitsundays, is on Hayman Island, in the northern part of the magnificent Whitsunday Islands on Queensland's Central Coast.  Sail and relax with Illusions as you leave Abel Point Marina at Airlie Beach and cross the Whitsunday Passage to Hayman Island.

Watching and being part of the fish feeding at Blue Pearl Bay is an absolute highlight of any trip to the Whitsundays.  You will be surrounded by hundreds of fish ranging in size from the smaller Sergeant Majors and brilliantly coloured Fusiliers right up to our own metre long Giant Wrasse, called "Priscilla"!!

Whether you choose to snorkel (free tuition is provided for those experiencing this for the first time) or take an introductory or certified scuba dive with our own qualified  PADI instructor, you will be delighted at the range and diversity of the coral at Blue Pearl.  As is typical of fringing reefs, the range of coral is extensive, with all sorts of hard and soft corals waiting for you to explore their fragile beauty -- not to mention the Giant Clams.

For those not wanting or unable to venture into the water, Illusions is equipped with Bathyscopes that allow you to see the coral and fish life from above water as you float over the bay in our dinghy.  Yes -- everyone that goes out on Illusions gets to see the fish and coral.

Then off to the stunning Langford sandspit (One Foot Island). A beach that rivals Whitehaven in that it has water on both sides, stunning coral for more snorkelling, and a very high chance of seeing turtles!

Should the weather prevent you getting to Blue Pearl Bay -- a pretty unusual  event -- they have other locations that will let you experience the wonder of the fringing reefs of the magnificent Whitsundays.

Approx 2 hour trip across to Blue Pearl Bay on Hayman Island.

Followed by about 2 hours of snorkeling and diving. The best diving and snorkelling in the Whitsundays.

Then a short trip to Langford Island, a stunning beach with more snorkelling and the chance to see turtles. A beach that rivals Whitehaven.

Lunch on the boat during the return trip to Abell Point Marina.

Departure Days & Times: Cruise departs approx 8 am and returns 3.45pm (approx)

Certified Dive $70. 2 dives for certified divers available but weather and conditions dependent. The second dive is $50.

Stinger Suits during stinger season $8

Stinger suits and wetsuits are included free with the dives.

Alcohol, soft drinks and bottled water for sale on vessel.

Tea, coffee and tap water free.

Courtesy bus provided. Pick ups vary between 7 to 7.20am
