The Great Barrier Reef is truly one of the great wonders of the natural world and a ‘MUST DO’ for anyone visiting the Whitsundays. On this excursion you'll cruise to Reefworld pontoon on the Great Barrier Reef. Reefworld allows guests to appreciate the Great Barrier Reef with a range of activities both in and out of the water.

Cruise onboard one of our high speed, luxury vessels through the Whitsunday Island National Park. Pass by islands, secluded bays and isolated beaches enroute to Reefworld on the outer Great Barrier Reef. You might even see our friendly turtle mascot on the way.

Reefworld has a choice of spaces to relax in and a large range of activities on offer. It has undercover seating and tables, sun decks to top up your tan, freshwater showers and change rooms. You will also have full access to the air-conditioned comfort of the vessel tied up to the pontoon during your visit.

Reefworld is adjacent to a coral wall in protected bays where you can explore the length and depth of the reef life in the area. The prolific fish life will surprise and delight you – especially the giant grouper! Fully immerse yourself by snorkeling, diving and swimming with the thousands of fish. All the gear you need for snorkelling is provided including sterilised mouthpieces for the snorkels. If you haven’t snorkelled before no problem – our staff will provide the basic tuition. Flotation devices are available as well as wet suits.

If you don't want to get wet, take our ‘Subsea Adventure’, complete with an entertaining and informative commentary by our Marine Experts. And don’t miss our fantastic Underwater Observatory with its panoramic views.

All this sea air makes you hungry! Throughout the day you can curb your hunger with morning and afternoon tea and a sumptuous buffet lunch prepared by our onboard chef. Free tea and coffee is available onboard. There is also a bar selling a full range of alcoholic and soft drinks, ice creams and confectionery. Purchases from the bar cost extra.

We look forward to welcoming you on board to cruise the Whitsundays with us and discover the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef!
